The following stress test will help you identify stressors in your life and determine the level of stress you may be experiencing at present.
TOTAL SCORE _____ A score below 150 points means statistically that you have a 30 percent chance of developing a significant health problem in the near future. A score between 150 and 300 points gives you a 50 percent chance of developing a significant health problem. A score of more than 300 points raised the possibility of a significant health problem to a whopping 80 percent. If you scored heavily on the above stress test, you may want to speak with your doctor concerning professional diagnostic tools that are available to measure anxiety levels, such as the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA). Consult with your physician as well about the possibility of supplementing your diet with a natural aid like GABA, which has been used to calm anxious minds and bodies. |
