The main book that all holistic and health places go by.

  • You Are What You Eat Cookbook (Paperback)
    by Gillian McKeith (Author) http://www.gillianmckeith.info/
  • "Eat for your body type"- is a good book.

Live food makes a live body, Dead food makes a dead body

  • No nonstick coating pans -Toxic and banned in most countries except the U.S.
  • Reverse Osmosis water(add your own trace minerals) Krogers for 29cents a gall
  • Shower Filter- National Allergy Supply has good cheap one(see below)
  • Hepa Filters
  • No microwave
  • Organic Foods and live raw foods. I look for natural organic meats in meat clearance section at night. Try to avoid all packaged and prepared foods too.

(Adkins diet is great) Carbs are good- just try to get them from mostly veggies, a little fruit and some Whole Grain bread of English muffins. Stay away from artificial sweeteners- a little sugar is better.

Stevia is a super sweet natural sweeterner you can buy at most helath food stores. However- I will chew sugarless gum, some Russell Stover sugar-free candy. Remember- moderation not DEPRIVATION is the key!
All things are bad if you eat too much- and it's ok to have a Chocolate ice-cream Sundae now and then!

**Juicing- Easiest and best tasting way to get a TON of whole foods in ya and pure super nutrition ready to be easily absorbed.! I have the few most important recipes- (4 carrots and 1 granny smith apple) Fresh Grapefruit. I bought a used Jack LaLanne juicer on eBay- around $30 to $40 max) I know Motel Williams does a lot of this now, and that Dr Oz has good info from Oprah.

-Ultra Blue Green algae $4.88 by Rexall at Wal-mart (Pure hawaiin Spirulina is my top choice- inexpensive at good health Stores.
-Pro-biotics by Rexall at Wal-mart- buy better ones at health food store
Omega Fatty Acids (Fish oil form not flaxseed is better)

Real good natural Vitamins (not man made) ***CRITICAL FOR YOUR HEALTH***

Calcium with Vit D and magnesium

Weight bearing exercise for bones density

Mini-Tramp rebounder( Just jiggle gently on it for 10 minutes a day or so- to drain lymph nodes) or just try to jiggle on your floor if you can.

Mineral stone Deodorant, Fluoride-free toothpaste- HOWEVER my teeth started to rot so I went back to fluoride Needed my teeth more than worrying about an itty bit of fluoride

My Hepa vacuum I bought at Sears. **Important- you need Dupont filtering vacuum bags
Also my mattress encasings and pillow Dust covers-

And they can test for foods- but allergic does NOT mean you are NOT sensitive to something!

What we are eating may cause any types of symptom or problem imaginable that cannot be tested for by Drs.

The easiest way to sort and find out yourself is this:
Cut out main high-allergy sensitive foods:
Milk/Dairy Soy Corn Wheat Egg yeast peanut
(I recommend slowing cutting them out so your body can adjust)

Eat whatever few basic things you know you do well with for about a week or so.
Like green beans, chicken , rice, potato, Then- add one food in at a time to test.
If you cut out all your milk and dairy for a week- if it bothers you -you WILL have a reaction when you eat it again to test. You will have a reaction to foods that you are sensitive or allergic too. Sometimes corn will cause a cough, or headache for instance. It could be any food.

You can sort this way. If you do have a food reaction- use Alka Seltzer GOLD- it will help neutralize the effects. Each person is different. And you can learn to sort.
And some foods you can eat again- but you learn how much and how often. I did the rotary diversified diet 20 years ago and it near killed me- rough on your body.

Breathing

Maybe times people are very tired, have headaches etc because they are not getting enough oxygen in their system due to shallow breathing. This can make a big difference.
Two or three times a day Take a deep breath or two in and out-
then take in a big breath and hold it to a count of 18- then release. Do that a couple of times

At first it can be hard-but after a few times- you will be amazed as the oxygen fills your lungs and has time to be absorbed in that count of 18- you'll feel it all over.
